Finding the right tenant for your property is our prime objective. Initially we will discuss certain criteria you wish to be applied to the property. Your property will then be advertised in the local press www.rightmove.co.uk, www.parkyns.com and from both our offices.

We will then undertake any viewings with potential tenants and once an application has been submitted we will carry out reference checks in conjunction with RENTWISE, to establish whether the proposed tenant would be suitable in your property. Our centrally located town centre offices provide your property with the best local coverage.
