TENANT REFERENCING & SUITABILITY CHECKS


You are able as a landlord to set a number of restrictions on the letting,  such as your preferences regarding whether to allow pets or smokers.

Your mortgage provider (if applicable), building insurers or freeholders (if your home is leasehold) may also have additional restrictions that they may wish us to place on the letting. These are not normally any different than the main restrictions Parkyns put on all of their properties.]

Providing a tenant meets the initial restrictions we will arrange an appointment for them to view the property.

Once a tenant has applied for a tenancy on your property we will ask them to complete a tenancy application form. We will make all of the necessary financial and bank reference, employment and previous landlord checks.

In the event of multiple applications from several different interested parties we will assess all applications before we decide which one we are going to proceed further with.
