All of our tenancies are Assured Shorthold Tenancies (AST's) under the 1988 Housing Act.

Normally tenancies are for a period of at least 6 months, although we are able to grant tenancies of any period up to a maximum of 12 months. The length of tenancy we are able to grant initially may be dependent on your mortgage providers terms and conditions when they grant permission for the letting.

The tenancy agreement contains all of the obligations that the Landlord has to the Tenant. It also explains in detail the Tenants obligations to the Landlord. It also contains any additional restrictions we have decided to impose on the tenants.

Our standard agreements include all of the necessary notices that your mortgage company require but can be modified to take account of any individual requirements.
