The tenancy agreement we ask the tenant to sign obligates them to look after your property and ensure that it is in a similar condition on the termination of the tenancy (fair wear and tear accepted - the amount of wear and tear allowed will vary length of the tenancy).

To help us achieve this we compile a detailed report on the condition of the property on the day the tenancy starts. This report includes all floors, skirtings, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, curtains and lampshade and any other fixtures and fittings. In the kitchen and bathroom it will include all of the units, sanitary ware, work surfaces and appliances. The Electric, Gas, Oil, Water meter readings are also included.
