TENANTS DAMAGE DEPOSIT |
Before the commencement of the tenancy we take from the tenant a damage deposit in excess on one months rent which we hold as stakeholders until the end of the tenancy.
The deposit is available to repair agreed damages that the tenant may have caused at the property that are over and above normal wear and tear (with reference being given to the length of time the tenant has resided at the property)
In addition the tenants are offered our specially designed contents insurance which in addition to protecting their own belongings also provides up to £10,000 (limit correct at 15/12/01) of cover for damage to the landlords contents and building.
