We offer a comprehensive marketing package, which is flexible and tailored to an individual Vendors requirements.

Our service starts with a free valuation, where we will advise on how to achieve the best price in the current market conditions.

Our services once you instruct Parkyns include:

• Full colour details including internal and external photographs.
• Floorplans.
• Internet advertising and campaigns on Rightmove.
• Regular weekly advertising in the Bury Free Press and East Anglian.
• Property features in the local press.
• Office window display
• Property mail outs via email, text and post.

Parkyns use an up to date software package, which links both offices and allows us to match all properties with suitable buyers registered on both offices mailing lists.

Whilst we are marketing your home we will keep in regular contact with you, which will include providing feedback from all viewings, but also looking at ways to generate more interest, if required.

Once a sale has been agreed we have a dedicated sales progressor who will monitor the sale to the completion and identifying and resolving any potential problems, if they arise.
